Simply enter your chosen location when adding the product to your cart — this can be a full address, landmark, city, or coordinates. Add your plaque text (names, dates, or a short message) and we handle the rest.

How long will my order take?
Custom orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days. Add Royal Mail/DPD delivery time on top:

• UK: 1–3 days after dispatch
• Europe: 5–10 days after dispatch
• US/Canada: 7–14 days after dispatch

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide via DPD.

Will I get tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you at the point of dispatch.

I need it by a specific date — is that possible?
During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance.

Can I return my order?
Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable except in the case of damage or production error. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Photograph the damage immediately and email contact@anyplaceintime.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a full remake or refund.

There's an error on my plaque — what do I do?
If the error was made by us, we will remake at no cost. If the error was in the details you submitted, we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee a free remake. Contact us as soon as possible.

I entered the wrong location — can you fix it?
Contact us immediately. If production hasn't begun we can correct it. Once printing has started we are unable to make changes without restarting the order, which may incur an additional charge.

Every Custom Location Frame is printed at 1:12000 scale, capturing a 1.2 km diameter area centred exactly on the coordinates you provide. What you see is what that place genuinely looks like from above — roads, buildings, paths included.

We don't currently offer live previews, but if you're unsure about your location framing, email us before ordering and we can confirm the exact area that will be captured.

Anything you like within character limits. Typically customers use:

• Top plaque: names, place name, or event ("Our First Home")
• Bottom plaque: coordinates, date, or short message

Yes — simply leave the plaque fields blank at checkout and the frame will ship without engraved text.

The overall frame dimensions are 20 x 15cm. The printed model inside is 18 x 13cm, with a circular map section of 10cm diameter.

Frame: powder-coated MDF (black, white, or oak finish)

3D printed model: *Biodegradable Matte Black PLA

Plaques: Black Anodised Aluminium

Pin: PLA printed in colour (red, gold, or white depending on style)

The style and quality will be consistent, but every piece is unique due to the handmade nature of production. Minor variations in print texture are normal and add to the character of each piece. Location content will obviously differ based on your chosen area.

PLA is a rigid, stable material suitable for indoor display. Keep out of direct prolonged sunlight and away from heat sources above 50°C to maintain shape and colour over time.
