Dispatch Times
Every AnyPlaceInTime piece is made to order. We do not hold pre-made stock.

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging
Every order is shipped in a rigid cardboard box with foam protection, designed to prevent movement and absorb impact in transit. Frames are wrapped individually before boxing.
We do not only use soft-pack envelopes for any orders. Every shipment is box-packed regardless of size.
Tracking
All orders include tracking as standard. Your tracking number will be emailed at dispatch. Track your order directly via the Royal Mail/DPD website or the link in your dispatch email.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
Gifting & Delivery Address
If ordering as a gift, ensure you enter the recipient's address at checkout, not your own. We ship directly to the address provided.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail/DPD and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day).
If your order has not arrived within:
- 10 working days of dispatch (UK)
- 25 working days of dispatch (International)
Please contact us at contact@anyplaceintime and we will investigate with Royal Mail/DPD. We are unable to raise a lost parcel claim before these timeframes have elapsed.
In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, we will offer a full remake and reship or a full refund at your preference.
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering.
